Indonesia's e-Visa is an online upload, so its spec is digital rather than physical: the Imigrasi portal asks for a minimum of 400 x 600 pixels, a file under 2MB, and JPEG, JPG or PNG. That is a 2:3 shape — noticeably taller and narrower than the 35 x 45mm most third-party sites claim, which is a different proportion entirely rather than the same photo in other units. Imigrasi also states no background colour for the e-Visa photo at all: it specifies focus, framing, and that your head fills 50-60% of the image height, and stops there.

The visa option outputs 800 x 1200px — the same 2:3 shape Imigrasi asks for, at double the stated minimum, so you are comfortably inside the requirement without submitting something needlessly small.
